Cancellation & Refund Policy

Intuitive Readings

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a 70% refund. The remaining 30% is retained to cover the reserved appointment time.
• Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
• Once an intuitive reading has been completed, it is non-refundable.

Coaching Programs

A separate Coaching Agreement will outline coaching expectations, payment schedules, and program policies.

• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve a coaching journey.
• If, after the first coaching session, either the client or coach determines the coaching relationship is not the right fit, any remaining balance paid beyond the initial deposit will be refunded.
• Once both parties agree to continue beyond the first coaching session, the remaining coaching investment becomes non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the coaching experience.
